- Leads the technical expertise in managing enterprise Directory Services.
- Oversees AD architecture, DNS, DHCP services, GPOs, and ensures compliance with security updates.
- Manages significant portions of ITIL incidents and SRM work orders.
- Participates in disaster recovery exercises.
- Maintain dashboard outlining SharePoint Enterprise points of interest (outage reports, farm utilization metrics, database growth, tickets, etc.)
- Review SharePoint system logs daily and report any errors causing performance issues for mitigation
- Ensure SharePoint remains patched as directed by NOS and their required CAT 1, 2, 3 closure rates.
- Perform monthly performance audit on SharePoint Environment and report any recommended configuration changes to increase speed and efficiency of platform.
- Coordinate maintenance actions IAW NOS/NGB A6 SLA.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- 5 YOE in Directory Services management and troubleshooting.
- Expert in Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Kerberos authentication.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2019. Experience in managing ITIL incidents and SRM work orders.
- Security + or DoD M IAT II Baseline Certification
