We are currently seeking a Factory Controller (m/f/d) to join our team.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Controlling of production, purchasing, technology, laboratory, and quality management, including business partnering
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
  • Calculation of production costs
  • Responsibility for investment controlling, including conducting profitability calculations
  • Optimization of existing controlling instruments and support in the implementation of new processes and tools (currently: introduction of a BI system)
  • Creation and ongoing updating of guidelines within your area of responsibility
  • Participation in projects and taking on special tasks as needed

Your profile should include:

  • A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in production controlling (experience in process or largescale production is desirable)
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (experience with MS Dynamics is desirable) and MES systems
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Basic knowledge of BI systems is desirable
  • Strong communication skills
