Property Inspection Specialist

Full-time

Hours:
Monday through Friday, 12:30pm - 8pm; Alternating Weekends

Salary:
$1300-$1500 Bi-weekly, plus bonuses

Location:
Requires In-Field in-person customer assistance (Residential Property Inspections)

As a Property Inspection Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving to homeowners' residences and conducting thorough inspections for wind or hail damage.

Your primary duties will include:

Property Inspection: Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties to identify and document any wind or hail damage accurately.

Homeowner Communication: Provide clear and accurate information to homeowners regarding our representation and explain the process of the company in a professional and courteous manner.

On-Site Work: Be prepared to climb ladders or onto roofs to conduct inspections thoroughly and ensure no damage goes unnoticed.

Documentation: Obtain necessary paperwork and signatures from homeowners to complete the inspection process efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate property assessments and documentation.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with homeowners and providing excellent customer service.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and climb ladders and work on roofs safely and comfortably is required for this position.

Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in fulfilling job duties and meeting scheduled appointments with homeowners.

Bilingual: Ability to speak Spanish and English

Bonus: Experience in property inspection or a related field is a plus, but not required.
