Recently awarded by the 2020 Hoscar Awards as n. 4 Best Extra Large Hostel in the World, YellowSquare is quickly expanding and opening new structures in many major cities in Italy.

    **The Position:**

    We are looking for an open-minded young mind, able to add some flavour to our Yellow vibe as a customer service assistant to manage customer queries, reviews and complaints, preferable with experience in the hospitality field. You will also be asked to create, modify, and update reservations, answer reviews and distribute information in between our structures, working always next to a supervisor that will guide you through the different scenarios.

    **Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:**

    Dealing with bookings from different structures from the same company.

    Dealing with special requests and answering questions.

    Dealing with complaints or problems online.

    Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

    Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

    Communicating with customers through various channels.

    Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

    Knowing our offers and policies so that you can answer questions.

    Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

    Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

    Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

    Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

    Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    **The Qualities:**

    Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;

    Flexibility: working time and hours;

    Excellence in customer service;

    Highly proficient in spoken and written English;

    Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese or French. Any other language is a plus.

    **Disponibilit:**

    Everyday (Weekends is a must)

    Office hours (Variates from 8 until 20)

    At the end of the Internship, possible continuation with a work contract.

    Contract length: 3 - 6 months

    Part-time hours: per week
