What can you expect?

• You will be responsible for booking supplier invoices
• You will initiate and review the digital approval of invoices
• You will book bank statements in the accounts payable area and be responsible for account reconciliation
• You will support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and take on general administrative tasks
• You have an interest in the development and design of digital processes

What should you bring?

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
• You have experience in accounting in a trade or industrial company
• You are proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and are willing to familiarize yourself with other software applications
• You have analytical skills, work independently and carefully, and have a team spirit and flexibility
• You have excellent German language skills in both written and spoken form
