    Location: Mercy Hospital South Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128

    Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Day-Shift & Night-Shift

    Our Nursing Career Path Program helps new and experienced RNs build strong clinical foundations in the Med/Surg service line before transitioning into a specialty unit of your choice. This structured pathway provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and professional growth at every step.

    • Medical Telemetry 7 East


    • Medical Telemetry 7 West


    • General Surgery 3 West


    • Inpatient Med Surg

    • Oncology

    Eligible to Transfer to a Specialty dept. in 12–18 Months:


    • Labor & Delivery


    • Surgical ICU


    • Neuro Stepdown


    • Surgical Stepdown


    • Med Surg Stepdown


    • Cardiac Telemetry


    • Cardiac Medical ICU (CMICU)


    • Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CPCU)
