- Knowledgeable, energetic, fun and love the sport enough to share it with parents and children ages 12 mos. - 18 yrs. Enjoy being in the gym with students, assist them in developing and sequencing skills on apparatus.
- Prepare written lesson plan every practice. Have information and pre-prepared workouts for each gymnastic class and level. Provide unlimited gymnastics' opportunities.
- Keep documentation of the progress of the gymnast with skill assessment sheets. Communicate with the gymnastic team, parents and students in a professional and age-appropriate manner.
- Check attendance at the beginning of every class. Release each student to parents by communicating progress. Check parent's phone numbers and email addresses at the beginning of each month to ensure Child and Youth Management System (CYMS) is current
- Learn and grow with us as instructors by completing all training requirements. Provide great customer service when working with parents, students, potential students, coworkers, supervisors and directors.
