Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Assist with order entry and processing
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Support office staff with various tasks as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy
  • Utilize computerized systems for office tasks

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in basic office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
