We are currently seeking a:

Maintenance/Plant Monitoring Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Brand-Erbisdorf, NC.


Your responsibilities:


  • Technical responsibility for heating, ventilation, plumbing, compressed air, and technical gases
  • Monitoring of central operating technology on site and through building management systems
  • Monitoring of maintenance cycles and inspection deadlines for H/L/S systems, poweroperated doors, crane systems, forklifts, and lifting equipment
  • Execution of inspection, maintenance, and repair work, as well as coordination of external contractors
  • Performance of repair work in case of emergencies (oncall duty)
  • Documentation of completed tasks according to guidelines

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as a plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technician or equivalent
  • At least five years of professional experience in the field of maintenance
  • Certified person for inspection of crane systems preferred
  • Certified person for pressure vessels and pipelines preferred
  • Independent work style, but also enjoys working in a team
