SUMMARY:

Assist in the delivery of finished products to job sites for installation. Assist lead installer when meeting and working with clients. Duties require loading and unloading the truck each day as directed, digging holes, sign assembly, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive truck to the job site. Unload truck.
Spot signs, poles, and installation of signage.
Dig holes for poles, signs, and foundations.
Work with all basic carpenter tools, shovel, hole digger, ladders, and chain saw.
If trained, operate the auger truck and crane when needed for specialty work.
Ability to communicate well, positive attitude, multitasked, and organized.
Occasionally requires travel.
Occasionally requires work on the weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Must have a valid California Driver's License void of major infractions in the last five years.

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
