In the Technical Service division, approximately 400 employees provide building-related technical and craft services in the areas of control and quality, laboratory and testing, building technology, plant and component technology, as well as technical services for the entire group. Building technology is responsible for the technical and operational building management with the aim of customer-oriented and cost-effective contract fulfillment.

Your tasks

Independent and responsible implementation of operational and maintenance strategies, project supervision for conversions of electrical systems according to agreements
Management of the electrical engineering team as well as technical and business consulting for the building technology management
Acquisition of basic knowledge about electrical systems (MSR, NSHV, UPS and emergency power systems) in the field of pool technology and commercial real estate
Cost center and budget responsibility for the team as well as responsibility for capacity and utilization planning of employees
Personnel management of the team and goal-oriented personnel development
Handling of various projects, also in cooperation with external companies
Quality management and quality assurance including audit preparation and support

Your profile

Successfully completed training as a master/technician in the field of electrical engineering and experience in personnel management
