With this position, you will:
- Provide
fantastic member service; communicate professionally and warmly at every interaction - Serve as the first face/voice of all contact for members; ensure every member feels appreciated and valued at every interaction
- Multitasking, being organized and attention to detail is key
- Identify products and services that will be of benefit for our members; understand the features and benefits of MCCU products
- Assumes ownership and responsibility in all areas of your role, including assigned task and projects
- Support all marketing and business development activities, promotions and campaigns
- Get to show off your tech savvy skills; computer savviness is useful in assisting our members with online banking, mobile banking & other products
- Maintain a high degree of flexibility in support of branch needs
