  • As an experienced Mover and Driver, your role role as a Talent Specialist will involve managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, tracking bonuses, and conducting mover and driver training (very handson and specific to MMM expectations). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring engagement, safety, and adherence to high company standards. This role is key in shaping workforce effectiveness and satisfaction for the Enterprise as a whole._

Schedule:
7AM- 4PM Monday through Friday. Shifts may vary based on seasonality and business needs.

Pay Rate:

$45k

  • 50k + recruiting and training incentives, depending on experience

Talent Specialist Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct various training sessions, including basic training, driver training, specialty training as needed, and additional training for employees not meeting company expectations

  • Schedule interviews, coordinate start dates, discuss pay rates, conduct oneweek followups with new hires, and provide termination recommendations to Operations.
  • Track bonuses for drivers and movers, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Conduct performance reviews, with Operations Supervisor, for mover and driver athletes at 30day and 90day intervals.
  • Implement strategies to promote ongoing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify, schedule and participate in recruitment events to attract talented individuals to our organization.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with external sources to enhance recruiting efforts.
  • Monitor and manage safety and damage claims to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct inperson spot checks to uphold quality standards.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees, both in the facility and on job sites, to improve performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Hire, fire, and complete disciplinary action as needed

Talent Specialist Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience OR interest in recruiting, interviewing, and training.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Techsavvy mindset, comfortable with utilizing technology for training and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate team members.
  • Forwardthinking attitude, with a passion for innovation and process improvement.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Clean MVR record in order to assist with driver training and travel to multiple job sites using a company vehicle.
