Position Overview
This position responds to water losses, sewer backups, and mold remediation. It also includes various construction tasks & demolition. Laborers in this department respond to Emergency Services day and night. We are looking to obtain career-minded individuals with a desire to learn all facets of this department. We deeply appreciate the level of commitment required for this position. The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements:

• This position requires that employees be oncall per the department's oncall schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintains a satisfactory or insurable driving record & hold a valid driver's license.
• Due to program guidelines, all employees must be able to pass a satisfactory background screening on a biennial basis.
• Due to program requirements, this position requires employees to live within the office's service area. This office will serve the West Phoenix and Glendale, AZ area.

• Wearing PPE properly is essential.
• Willingness to become IICRC Certified to grow with the company.
• Ability to pass a preemployment physical, drug screening, and physical.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Performs onsite production services, including, but not limited to, water extraction, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Place proper equipment and quantity to maximize drying effectiveness. Take moisture readings.
• Accurately complete all the necessary paperwork and take the photos required for each job.
• This position requires basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, etc.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintains functionality and service of equipment.
• Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technically competent to learn industryspecific programs.
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt to everchanging situations.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
• Restoration experience preferred but not required.

This position is for the office located in the West Phoenix area.
