Description

Responsibilities:

Run reports, gather data, and prepare analysis daily.
Hire, supervise, schedule, and train personnel.
Build a strong warehouse team through training and performance.
Support operation leadership in implementing new processes, technologies, and systems.
Reduce shrinkage by managing inventory through control processes.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations along with following proper guidelines set forth by OSHA, USDA, and other monitoring agencies.
Motivate self and others to accomplish important objectives despite multiple demands, create a sense of urgency, and delegate appropriately.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply chain, or equivalent work experience
8+ years of previous management experience, preferably in a fastpaced warehouse or distribution center environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Suite and other software programs
Analytical, and problemsolving skills
Provide Supervisors and staff with meaningful developmental opportunities through effective coaching and feedback.
Promote positive team morale through effective communication and recognition.
