We are searching for an outstanding Operation Assistant to join our operation team.

This Operation Assistant will report to Operation Director and work closely with managing team to ensure that the business operates efficiently.

The job responsibilities include operation data analysis, digital marketing, logistics coordinate, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

Record and analyze operation data in a daily and monthly basis.
Review and evaluate on marketing campaign to improve overall digital marketing planning.
Monitor inbound air and ocean shipments and follow up with the custom broker and forwarders to ensure on time delivery.
Utilizes online shipping programs to create shipment.
Assist with managing team for special projects.

Requirements:

Verbal and Written Mandarin Chinese is a plus
Having a background in digital marketing is a plus
Experience in Facebook Ads and Google AdWords is a plus
Strong sense of urgency and ownership
Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening
Detailoriented and analytical problem solving skills
Strong in multitasking
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must be dependable, responsible, with reliable attendance
Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and work in an organized and selfsupervised manner
Bachelor or equivalent work experience
