Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Director of Partnerships and Advertising for Q-Commerce in Europe to join our rapidly expanding regional headquarters in Berlin, Germany. As the leader of our Partnerships and Advertising team, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and driving growth for our advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with banks, telecommunications companies, consumer packaged goods companies, media agencies, and other key players across Europe.
Take ownership of the advertising solutions roadmap for Europe, including the implementation of Delivery hero Ads.
Build and lead a team of experienced industry professionals to establish, manage, and expand our consultative sales approach.
Mentor and coach team members to become industry experts in their field.
Establish and manage relationships with advertising and performance agencies, programmatic partners, and channel sales.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred but not required.
10-15 years of experience in digital performance marketing and sales, with a strong preference for experience in media agencies.
Proven track record of leading, developing, and mentoring teams to achieve results.
