    Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers in identifying and selecting parts for their trucks and trailers
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
    • Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
    • Collaborate with the parts department team to ensure inventory levels are maintained
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
    • Stay updated on industry trends, latest products, and advancements to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of experience in parts sales or a related field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Proficient in using computer systems and parts catalog software
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
    • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
