Role Summary:


  • In an ISO 7 Cleanroom, safely operate custom, plastic heat sealing machines to assemble various custom plastic film products according to blueprints.

Objectives:


  • Operate plastic heat sealing machines to assemble products
  • Follow multistep processes and blueprints for accurate assembly
  • Collaborate with engineering and production team members to ensure quality and ontime delivery of product
  • Test assembled products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Adhere to and perform strict cleaning procedures
  • May be required to learn basic CNC machine operation and utilize the CNC machine in assembly
  • Perform additional duties as required by your supervisor from time to time

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams (used for communication)
  • 2+ years of general assembly experience that includes blueprint reading

Working Conditions:


  • Must be able to engage in the following physical activities: prolonged periods working on feet, bend/stoop, climb stairs/ladders, squat, kneel, push/pull, lift up to 50 lbs, and use vibratory and other basic tools. These functions will be completed on an occasional to frequent basis, depending on the project.
  • Exepcted to work second shift (3pm 11pm), Monday through Friday.
  • Expected to work overtime upon supervisor request.
  • Required to wear designated PPE

Pay:
From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
