- - Assist in creating Quality Documents for tasks like weld follow-up, NDT request, Certification of Completion, Visual & Dimensional Control Report.
- - Organize and maintain documents like NDT reports, Engineering welding, and vendor documentation.
- - Manage Zoro and Garinger PN & Description for our PO format when tools and consumable lists are needed for projects.
- - Generate purchase orders for the workshop and Project team.
- - Keep inventory stock updated on a weekly basis.
- - Organize welding rod MTRs, calibration certs, and equipment certs for offshore tools/cons packages.
- - Handle observation cards efficiently.
- - Demonstrated experience in administrative positions, especially in a related field.
- - Exceptional organizational abilities and commitment to precision.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential software platforms.
- - Knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation is advantageous.
