The Flight Operations team includes aircraft pilots and pilot support.
Job overview and responsibilities
- Performs a variety of Operational and Administrative tasks to support the Chief Pilot Office at each pilot base
- Manage compliance for pilot crew badges
- Assist pilot and staff with parking, SIDA badges and background checks
- Update pilot records for First Class Medicals, passports, vaccines, visas, pilot license, Line Check and IOE documents
- Maintains the iPad lost/stolen/loaner equipment in addition to assisting pilots with iPad issues and setting up a new iPad when needed
- Maintains supplies for the pilot group, includes paper, ink for office, crew room and SSD rooms in the hub for pilot interfacing equipment throughout the station
- Assists the base in Operational integrity and reliability
- Maintains entire office supply inventory/ordering to include maintaining and issuing pilot uniform accessories
- Escalate issues that may interfere with the crew's ability to deliver the prescribed service
- The work hours are 6:00 AM4:00 pm four days/week, including weekends and holidays.

Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule in a 7dayaweek operation including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills, organized, flexible, and a selfstarter
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
- 12 years of Flight Operations experience
- 2+ years customer service experience
The salary for this position is $40,425 to $59,290, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills.
