Your Mission

Join us on our mission to redefine pet health and provide pet owners with the best veterinary care. We are unique because we combine personal veterinary visits with a powerful and innovative digital pet care platform, with the felmo app at its core.

Your Tasks

  • As a working student in the Vet Hiring Team, you will be part of the most successful hiring team in the veterinary industry.
  • You will support our team lead in the daytoday operations of all processes along the entire hiring life cycle: from initial applications, to pitching felmo, to organizing rides with our veterinarians, and to signing contracts together.
  • Your support is particularly needed for general and administrative tasks related to our international talent pool.
  • You enjoy working with numbers and are willing to make suggestions for improving our processes.
  • The position is parttime with 20 hours per week.

Your Skills

  • Reliable, structured, and organized work style.
  • Good communication skills and high selfmotivation.
  • Good German and English language skills.
  • Previous work experience as a working student or intern, as well as a valid enrollment certificate.
  • Teamwork, initiative, and quick comprehension round off your profile.
