The primary function of this position is any or all phases of processing sales orders, sell out, and SLA's while putting customers first.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and process sales orders in a timely manner according to released work instructions.
- Provide worldclass customer service, response time, and follow through to internal and external customers.
- Verifying accuracy of complete orders through quality selfchecks
- Ensure orders are entered only if they meet the pricing approval and other policy guidelines.
- Triage orders for processing.
- Special functions including international customer service support such as ensuring that international sales orders get entered for products that are registered to the ordering country.
- Ensure smooth and seamless processing of special promotional offerings and programs
- Provide customers with timely quotes, order status, and transportation information.
- Other related administrative duties/projects as directed
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience processing orders
- 3 years' experience in a customer servicerelated field
- 1 year ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Heavy proficiency in word and excel.
- Excellence in accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
- Previous medical device industry experiences a plus.
- Superior time management skills.
- Demonstrated history of continuous improvement in work processes.
PREFERRED REQUIRMENTS
- Associate degree
- SAP experience
Target Market Salary Range:
$ $25.10 per hour
