We are looking for a reliable and competent Human Resources Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of the human resources department.

If you are an expert in recruiting process, payroll system, and employment laws & regulations, you are our top priority.

Responsibilities:

- **Collaborate with management and all departments of the company to develop and implement the organization's human resources strategy, and assist in achieving the organization's long-term development goals by meeting its talent hiring needs.

  • Provide guidance to HR Department and offer support and advice to management and staff in need.
  • Coordinate the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, especially for highlevel management/professional positions, and work with department managers to understand the skills and abilities required for job vacancies.
  • Analyze the trends in the external environment regarding compensation and benefits, design and propose performance evaluation systems and incentive compensation plans to ensure that the organization can attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop internal talent training and development plans based on the organization's development goals and provide employees with internal career development opportunities.
  • Devise and implement a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career pathing, performance management appraisals and consultation.
  • Provide corporate culture training to foster employee understanding of company core values.
  • Develop content, presentations, and elearning courses suitable for various learning styles and levels of expertise.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, assess their impact on employee performance and retention. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Supervise subordinates in correcting and disciplining employees who violate company policies and rules.
  • Ensure that the organization's policies comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and provide the best policymaking solutions.

  • Proficient in using various office software.
  • Proficient or able to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Mandarin is the best

Pay:
$60, $72,542.79 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
