    Job Title: Testing Coordinator at IDEA Public Schools

    Role Mission: The Testing Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that all students perform to their best potential in a conducive testing environment. This position is crucial for data-driven decision-making by teachers and leaders at IDEA Public Schools. By guaranteeing students receive appropriate test accommodations and environments, we work towards our mission of enabling all students to succeed in college.

    What We Offer

    Compensation:

    • Hourly rate between $20.34 and $25.42

    What You Bring -- Competencies

    Qualifications:

    • Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience: Educational testing experience preferred

      • Knowledge and Skills:

      • Superior organizational skills
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Effective problem-solving abilities
      • Receptive to feedback for continuous improvement

      What You'll Do -- Accountabilities

      • Ensure all students have optimal testing environments for district, state, and national tests
      • Attend all scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team
      • Create and communicate campus testing plans for various assessments
      • Coordinate with IT to prepare computers for online testing
      • Audit all testing materials and ensure proper execution
      • Manage state assessment materials and report data accurately
      • Lead campus testing training sessions
      • Oversee testing sessions to ensure compliance with guidelines
