For our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a
Process Management Clerk (m/f/d) to strengthen their team through temporary employment with the goal of permanent employment.


Your tasks in process management:

  • Participation in the conception of the companywide process landscape
  • Consulting of executives on organizational structure and processes
  • Development of concepts and strategies
  • Process analysis and optimization
  • Identification of improvement potentials through analysis of key figures and process costs
  • Support of process transfers
  • Further development of process documentation and creation of action guidelines
  • Administrative management of company projects

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in
    Business Administration,
    Economics,
    Project Management,
    Process Management,
    Organizational Development, or a similar focus
  • First professional experience in
    process or
    project management or in
    PMO
  • Knowledge of
    methodical process development is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Reliability, analytical skills, and strong communication skills
