Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Oracle ERP Manager who is both highly skilled and driven. In this role, you will lead and mentor the ERP Oracle team in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Your main focus will be the successful implementation of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution. Additionally, you will take the lead on projects and will be responsible for planning and overseeing the team's budget, contracts, and software licenses.

Essential Duties:
Provide guidance in the development, implementation, support, and operations of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution
Manage information systems, projects, functions, and resources across the county
Evaluate technological solutions, drive innovation, and enhance service delivery
Facilitate collaboration between end users and the department
Contribute to complex IT tasks and participate in management team meetings
Establish policies, procedures, and technical standards
Work closely with other IT departments to define organizational objectives
Generate reports, proposals, and IT-related documentation detailing plans and accomplishments
Handle capital and operating budgets

Other Job Requirements/Information:

Candidates for this position will undergo a thorough public safety background check, including assessments of motor vehicle records, criminal records, credit history, and fingerprinting. The salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field AND
Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in IT
Two years of experience in Oracle ERP management
An equivalent mix of education and experience that enables successful performance of the essential job duties described above will also be considered
Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on involvement in large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution implementations
At least five years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution management experience
Experience in transitioning from SAP to Oracle ERP
Experience in SAP ERP management
Familiarity with data conversion strategies
