    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Partner to spearhead our expansion efforts by identifying, recruiting, and securing new licensee partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our network and ensuring that our services reach every corner of the U.S. through effective partnership management.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit and acquire new licensee partners for managing various territories across the U.S.

    Identify potential partners through market research, networking, and industry events.

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing partners.

    Negotiate and close agreements with prospective partners.

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and that Builderk's standards are upheld.

    Monitor and analyze partner performance, ensuring alignment with Builderk's growth targets and objectives.

    Provide ongoing support and solutions to partners, enhancing partner satisfaction and retention.

    Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt strategies as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.

    Strong sales competencies, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding targets.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

    High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

    Strong motivation and the drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

    Ability to travel as needed to meet potential partners and attend relevant industry events.

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience managing territorial licenses or partnerships.

    Knowledge of the U.S. metro areas and their market dynamics.

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
