Job OverviewThis position is responsible for supporting the company's IT functions. This person will ensure the functionality and efficiency of the company's systems and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for IT related issues, both locally and remotely.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users, both locally and remotely.
- Monitor performance of company systems and programs and offer suggestions for improvement when necessary.
- Analyze requirements and identify improvements when necessary.
- Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance activities (for example,
- Prepare equipment for new users and provide training on programs on start date.
- At least 2+ years in an ITrelated role.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Certification is a plus.
- Experience in network management and help desk support is preferred.
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
