In addition to a comprehensive range of lighting technology, Barthelme offers its customers various services related to lighting and supports them in project realizations.

We are currently looking for a

Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

  • Conducting root cause analysis including corrective actions
  • Planning and implementation of measures to ensure quality standards
  • Communication with suppliers in case of clarification cases
  • Development and creation of documents for production monitoring/production control
  • Continuous optimization of existing test methods and processes as well as monitoring of quality goals using KPIs
  • Inspection of products in incoming and outgoing goods

Your ideal qualifications:

  • Successful completed technical education in the field of electrical engineering/electronics/mechatronics
  • Professional experience in a manufacturing company and practical experience in root cause analysis and method competence
