Your new responsibilities

  • As part of our service team, you and your colleagues ensure the availability of our affiliated banks
  • Answering phone calls with the aim of completing business transactions. These transactions range from providing information about the bank and its products to processing and providing information about accounts, authorizations, and payments. In addition, scheduling appointments, providing advice, and assistance on topics such as online and mobile banking are part of your daily tasks.
  • Processing service orders as well as chat and email inquiries
  • Variety through additional work in our administrative department, checking, recording, and correcting customer and account data

Your profile

  • Telephone agent or commercial training or comparable education/training, ideally with professional experience in telephone customer service
  • Willingness to handle all banking processes in a service and solutionoriented manner
  • Strong communication skills as well as independent
