Conference Support Employee (m/f/d) (part-time)

For one of our clients - a successful family-owned company located in the center of Neuss - we are currently seeking a Conference Support Employee (m/f/d) (part-time) as part of our personnel placement services.

Your responsibilities:
Preparation and post-processing of 4 conference rooms
Stocking up on beverages, dishes, and cutlery, stocking refrigerators, and ensuring order
Monitoring inventory of beverages and cookies, reporting to team leader for restocking
Checking table linens and covers, replacing with clean ones if soiled
Preparing dirty laundry for pickup by driver
Serving guests at events and providing related services - preparing snacks, cookies, cold drinks, making coffee/tea, setting tables, clearing dishes, loading dishwasher
Setting up conference rooms
Accepting catering deliveries and providing dishes
Cleaning up buffet and preparing for pickup by caterer
