WHAT WILL YOU DO

This role involves overseeing essential client service tasks such as managing, directing, and initiating telephone communications, which includes informing clients/physicians about critical values and documenting such notifications.

The incumbent will also support clients in utilizing ACL's services, aid in laboratory operations by adding and removing tests as per client requests, maintain accurate records of these actions, and handle any client issues as instructed and necessary.

Furthermore, maintaining a professional demeanor and exhibiting appropriate conduct is vital, given the frequent and delicate client interactions. The ability to handle job-related stress and meet deadlines is essential. Moreover, creating a supportive environment for staff and patients by demonstrating compassion and empathy, aligning with the ethos of our Catholic healthcare systems, is an integral part of this role.
