In the ICS division, we combine our expertise in information, security, and media technology to provide full-service solutions to our nationwide clients at over 30 locations in Germany with a team of over 1,600 employees.
We are currently seeking a full-time SERVICE DESK / IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (M/F/D) to join our team in Berlin.YOUR ROLE
As part of our team, you will be responsible for handling IT inquiries and problem reports from our clients. You will analyze incoming problem reports and implement initial solutions for hardware and software issues. In this role, you will also provide support to our clients in various IT-related tasks.
