Your future responsibilities:

You are responsible for the professional leadership of employees
You are responsible for employee management and planning in the respective shift
You provide professional training for employees (e.g. occupational safety, safety instructions, and work processes)
You review orders and documentation
You ensure internal communication, even across shifts

Your profile:

You have completed a vocational training (ideally in a technical field)
You ideally have some professional experience in quality and are willing to work in shifts
You can maintain an overview even under pressure and act as a calm anchor for the team
Teamwork and communication are among your strengths
You have excellent written and spoken German skills
