The ISG Sanitary Trading Company is a consortium of medium-sized wholesalers in the SHK (Sanitary/Heating/Air Conditioning) industry. As a purchasing and marketing association, our tasks include central purchasing, positioning our own brands concept and Optima, providing practical services and marketing measures, central settlement, and professional IT support.

We are in need of support for our purchasing department at our location in Essen.

Purchasing Assistant (Administrative Assistant) (m/f/d)

with a focus on condition management (unlimited full-time position)

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sanitary or installation/heating purchasing department
  • Creating presentations and evaluations
  • Processing condition and offer comparisons
  • Coordinating appointments for the purchasing department
  • Preparing written correspondence and minutes
  • Preparing for and following up on purchasing negotiations with suppliers
  • Recording purchasing conditions in the central condition system
  • Written and telephone correspondence with our suppliers, affiliated companies, and service providers

Your qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Organizational talent, initiative, and communication skills
