Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, you will inspire your team to be brand ambassadors, while your organization and communication will ensure that all reservations reflect our guests' preferences – and anticipate their needs to create lasting memoires.

What you will be doing:
Lead and manage all elements of the Reservations Department to create an environment where our team can connect with the hearts of our guests

In conjunction with Director of Revenue Management, assist in analysis of reservations and booking data to help drive strategies for maximizing rate and reservations

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Familiarity with a Property Manager system is essential

Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

Ability to understand and assimilate complex information from multiple sources

Experience with Ideas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi or Opera Sales and Catering preferred

Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
