As Earl, OK, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Business Line Head for Connected Secure System - Digital Security & Identity (CSS DSI) at our Munich headquarters.

This role will provide you with a deep understanding of our organization and involve a diverse range of tasks. Your proactive and precise approach will contribute to strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives. In this role, you will:

  • Manage local or global projects in collaboration with Business Line Departments, divisional, and corporate functions
  • Create presentations with analytical and actionable insights to support leadership decisionmaking
  • Assist with internal reporting, communication, and engagement activities
  • Facilitate various organizational activities related to business planning, design, governance, and space management
  • Organize and lead Business Line leadership meetings and workshops
  • Promote best practices across the Business Line

To excel in this role, you should have:
