What you will be doing:

Responsible managing the ChiChi's brand. This includes assisting with annual brand planning and execution, brand strategy, new product development, packaging, P&L and budget management
Participates in development and execution of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) financial targets.
Establish business objectives, strategies and tactics to achieve AOP
Manage brand equity consistent with the brand guidelines and consumer engagement strategies and tactics to achieve consumer and business objective
Partners with agencies to create creative executions, media, promotion and public relations plans
Identify new product and line extension opportunities by analyzing consumer trends, determining specific market needs and potential, and builds a case to support new item development, launch plans, and resources needed to commercialize the product
Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring to the team:

At least five years marketing and product development or related experience, preferably with food or beverage company in the consumer packaged goods industry
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred but not required
Written and spoken Spanish skills preferred
Strong working knowledge and understanding of the food industry and product development, concepts, and processes
Ability to thrive within a multiproject, crossfunctional environment
