    Description
    This opportunity is located in Greensboro, North Carolina. We're looking for a self motivated individual.


    Responsibilities:

    Sales & Marketing:
    Create upholstery sales reports.
    Collaborate with Belgium-based marketing for the US market.
    Manage marketing & advertising for assigned brands
    Oversee sales team supplies inventory and ordering.
    Maintain sales rep territories and update in IT.
    Source marketing materials from US suppliers.
    Track furniture placements featuring the company's upholstery.
    Lead and coordinate high-profile showrooms
    Coordinate upholstery testing.


    Sourcing & New Product Development:
    Manage R&D for new products.
    Oversee new fabric development with Belgium team.
    Organize test results & product specs for assigned brands.
    Manage initial testing of fabrics with internal/external labs.
    Create & maintain fabric information sheets.
    Initiate new product setup and gather feedback from US sales team.
    Order initial inventory for new products and sales supplies.
    Maintain internal tracking boards for new developments.
    Provide progress updates and track design requests.
    Travel to China (frequency to be determined).
    Manage testing process for products.
    Update product information and manage flag materials for company


    Trade Shows:
    Collaborate on showroom design and layout.
    Manage showroom budget for assigned brands.
    Oversee furniture acquisition, upholstery, and logistics.
    Maintain showroom office supplies inventory.
    Manage trade show calendar and create sample request forms.
    Track sample requests and manage showroom refreshments.
    Assist sales reps with product presentations and maintain showroom cleanliness.
    Purchase furniture, food, beverages, and supplies for showroom.
    Manage storage and auction of showroom furniture and accessories.

    Ideal Candidate

    Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to manage inter-departmental projects effectively.
    Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
    Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    Positive and energetic attitude with a high level of confidentiality.


    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma, Bachelors preferred
