    UC Coordinator/ Bed Tracker

    UC Coordinator/ Bed Tracker will oversee the operation of bed assignments, bed termination, and bed holds. Ensure overall care programs are designed, implemented, and operated within defined program parameters. Provides documentation of supervision by maintaining a supervisory log for all staff supervised. Completes all required documentation that pertains to this position in a timely manner that may include daily reports. Ensures that appropriate shelter care and line-of-sight supervision of unaccompanied minors by assigned staff is handled in accordance with policies and procedures.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    • Estimated Starting Salary Range for UC Coordinator/ Bed Tracker:
    • Pay commensurate with experience.
    • Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
    UC Coordinator/ Bed Tracker Responsibilities Include:
    • Coordinate all UC communications to proper management.
    • Conduct mandatory head count per the scope of the contract.
    • Report data to designated leadership staff onsite.
    • Track UC movement site-wide per leadership guidance.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
    UC Coordinator/ Bed Tracker Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
    • A high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of direct experience are required.
    • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
    • Understand data entry requirements for UCs.
    • Experience in coordinating and managing information.
    • Knowledge of simple organizational skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
    • Requires proficiency in computer skills working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
