We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team.What You'll Do:
- Search for potential real estate investments in the Greater Phoenix area.
- Check out properties, crunch the numbers, and decide if they're worth investing in.
- Talk to property owners, brokers, and others to negotiate deals.
- Work with our legal and finance teams to make sure everything's above board.
- Present your findings and recommendations to the boss.
- Take charge of the whole acquisition process, from start to finish.
What You Need:

Know-how:_ You've done this for at least 1 year and have a successful record.

Local Smarts:_ You understand the Arizona market and what makes a good investment here.

Deal Skills:_ You can talk the talk and make deals that work.

Money Sense:_ You're good with numbers and can figure out if a deal adds up.

Flexibility:_ You can work 40-50 hours a week, and you're open to some extra time if needed.
