Join our dynamic team at Rose Concrete Resurfacing as a Concrete Resurfacing Apprentice We specialize in concrete overlays, grinding, polishing, coatings, and epoxies, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to be part of our crew.

Our accelerated apprenticeship program gets you up to speed on the techniques, products and practices at Rose Concrete Resurfacing. This program is for young leaders who want to become a concrete resurfacing technician, and then foremen. Program lasts 6 months.

Competitive Pay
- $27 per hour for Apprenticeship program, after graduation in 6 months and receive $30 per hour.

• Full time: Expect 3040 hours per week
• All pay is on the books
• Opportunities to learn on the job and gain valuable experience
• Projects primarily based in North County San Diego

Responsibilities

• Perform grinding and other site demo tasks
• Assist with the installation of concrete overlays, epoxies and sealers
• Handle mixing and prep work for various projects
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Work closely with our experienced team to ensure highquality results
