Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our Sunday morning rotation team.

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting our members and guests from their homes to the church on Sunday mornings.

This is a part-time position and is on a rotation basis.


Duties:

• Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to the church.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the bus
• Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information and answering questions
• Follow predetermined routes and schedules
• Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections of the bus
• Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Bus Driver or in a similar role preferred
• Commercial driving experience is a plus
• Familiarity with paratransit services is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain professionalism and provide exceptional customer service
• Valid CDL driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
