Head of Marketing, Global Business Solutions
What does a successful Head of Marketing, Global Business Solutions do at Fiserv?
Full Funnel, Modern Strategic Marketer:
Expertise in building - and driving business outcomes through the full suite of B2C and B2B mediums and channels, with expertise in Digital (Overall 80% B2C, 20% B2B).
Skilled at making complex messaging simple, with resonance.Customer Focused:
Lead understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, voice of the customer and untapped opportunities in the market. Deliver meaningful marketing / relationship management tools and activations to drive product and solution consideration, purchase and loyalty.
Client Obsessed:
Drive strategy to leverage select client events, including industry tradeshows and conferences, advisory councils, Fiserv branded events and hospitality to elevate and enhance experiences for attending clients – and most important – as a business driver.
Product and Solution Marketing Expertise:
Can lead a team of product marketing professionals to deliver high-impact messaging and channel plans by Customer segment.
Agency Leadership and Management:
Can establish positive Agency and Partnership relationships. Has led Agency RFPs, SOWs, Briefing, Management and Year End Feedback delivery.
Organization Design:
Has experience driving organizational design and implementation.
Outcomes Focused:
Develop and apply analytical rigor to measure marketing performance such as ROI, Influence and contribution to pipeline. Provide transparency through comprehensive and insightful dashboards and reports that focus on operational and strategic metrics. Manage the marketing budget and lead the team to produce comprehensive marketing plans annually with QBRs to ensure transparency to progress
A Leader of Leaders:
Manage and coach a broad group of marketing professionals (including Clover Marketing Team) to ensure the impact of the team is based on measurable results and outcome focused.
What you will do:
Highly collaborative within a matrix organization: Leader will report into the CMO, but success will be driven by their ability to understand and deliver against the goals established by the Global Business Solutions leaders (supporting Revenue Growth).
Start-Up Mentality:
Comfortable with 'rolled up selves' approach alongside enterprise leaders to solve to solve business challenges. Ability to move fast, but measured.
Left and Right Brain:
Orientation is equal parts creative and performance marketing.
What you will need to have:
15+ years as a marketing leader, 10+ years of team management experience.
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Background should include B2C and B2B brand building, with experience in positioning to both Consumer and business decision-makers.

MBA Preferred
