    GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

    The General Manager (GM) plays a crucial role in driving top-line sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing store expenses. This position requires strong leadership skills and a focus on performance, people, and processes.


    PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Job Functions)
    • Promote accountability to meet sales goals
    • Drive company profitability through operational excellence
    • Manage staffing needs efficiently
    • Stay informed about industry trends
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

    JOB QUALIFICATION
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3-5+ years of retail management experience
    • Proficiency in technology and strong communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

    SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
    • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
    • Ability to attend business meetings and conferences

    WORKING CONDITIONS
    • Regular use of computer and mobile devices
    • Frequent mobility and physical activities during the shift
    • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.
