Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Workflow: Oversee the daytoday operations of the financial department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Lead Management: Supervise and support department leads, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Supervise Client Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Supervise Account Maintenance: Manage account maintenance duties, including updates, changes, and withdrawals.
- Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Commission Tracking: Collaborate with the Accounting department to track commissions and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain our CRM system and client database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Advisor Support: Work closely with advisors, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Life Insurance Producer License or Series 65 is a plus.
- Travel is required as needed
- Proven experience in financial services, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Pay:
$100, $125,000.00 per year
