NEPTUN SMULDERS Engineering is the merger of the traditional NEPTUN WERFT shipyard in Warnemünde and the international steel construction company Smulders.

Together, we bring all the expertise for the extensive design and efficient construction of maritime structures. Behind us are the family-owned MEYER Group and the international construction company Eiffage.

As a new business area, the MEYER Group is developing the offshore sector with the goal of transforming converter stations in the North and Baltic Seas to transport the electricity generated by offshore wind turbines to land and rectify it.

We are currently looking for a Head of Quality Management (m/f/d) for our new offshore division at our Rostock location.


Your main tasks:
Development of individual quality assurance measures tailored to each procurement package Development of processes and metrics for quality management, occupational safety, and environmental protection Implementation of quality assurance measures and acceptance audits Auditing of management systems and quality assurance systems based on specifications and requirements Facilitation of risk management methods, such as FMEA Development and implementation of training for quality management, occupational safety, and environmental protection
