Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Supervise staff members to ensure quality service delivery
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Experience in banquet or event management is advantageous
