    Founded back in 1999, we cater to clients within the realm of personal injury law in Chicago and Indiana, operating from four different locations. At our core, we nurture a supportive, collaborative environment and make the most of state-of-the-art technology. What we are on the lookout for is a meticulous and well-organized individual who possesses strong communication abilities and is committed to the precision required to handle and negotiate liens effectively.

    Key Duties:

    • Efficiently prepare, organize, and keep up-to-date client documentation.
    • Carry out comprehensive research to locate and monitor various types of liens, such as medical liens, Medicare/Medicaid liens, and subrogation claims.
    • Engage with insurance firms, healthcare providers, and governmental bodies to discuss reductions in liens.
    • Keep thorough records of all lien discussions and reductions.
    • Create correspondence and legal paperwork pertaining to lien discussions.

    Desired Skills:

    • Outstanding organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
    • Advanced mathematical skills necessary for precise lien reduction calculations.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal investigative tools.
    • Prior exposure to a personal injury law practice is advantageous, although not mandatory.
